Description

The 2019 La Encantada is a mid-bodied wine with subtle allure. The nose opens nicely over time as it warms in the glass giving way to scents of white mushroom, white pepper, toast, herbs, and rose petals. The elegant composition of this wine is soft and smooth on the palate and blends a delightful mix of flavors including soft black cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, along with a nice spice and white pepper finish.  This enchanting wine is easy to drink now with enough acid balance to let it age.
