Description

This complex wine entices with a funky, deep earth and mushroom aroma, with notes of rich soil, leather, smoke and dark cocoa.  Nice acid balance provides a smooth mouth feel with mosaic of flavors including blackberry jam, bacon fat, leather, espresso and tobacco smoke.  This should age well and we expect these flavors to develop over time.  Drink: now – 2029
